Alcohol basically widens your blood vessels and therefore you get rosy cheeks/ face. Of cause this depends on the amount of alcohol you drink. Hope that helps, putting it into simple words.
IF you are worried at all, please seek the advice of your GP a.s.a.p.

Not sure. But if you get the big nose with the veins.. stop drinking.
Red faced could be thin skinned.. and the flush could be just from the drinking. Personally, I don't think the red face would be a sign of blood pressure. That's something that has no warning signs, including red face.. Good luck

Your circulation increases, alcohol is a vasodilator, makes the blood rush nearer the skin. This is why you shouldn't drink alcohol to warm you up on a cold day if you're outside, it will just chill you quicker after the initial rush or warmth.
Maybe you should have your bloodpressure checked if this is a new thing, perhaps it's up due to other factors and the alcohol doesn't help.

that happens to my friend, he has developed an intolerance to some alcoholic drinks, nothing happens to him aside from becoming red faced. he can prevent this by steering clear of certain alcoholic drinks.
you may to be intolerant, try leaving certain alcoholic drinks out of your diet and see what happens, if no chnage try leaving out a different one until you find the one you are intolerant to.
hope this works, good luck

Most people's faces go red after a drink, mine does. It's because your blood goes thinner as you drink.
