I'm hoping he'll be wearing a t-shirt that says "Paul was an idiot. I should've written my own book."

A "make love not war" tattoo would be a nice touch.

I'm quite certain he won't be wearing a cross.

He won't identify himself. The AntiChrist will come and apparently find a way to make peace with other nations. He will not claim to be Christ. The AntiChrist will be a false peacemaker who will actually almost brainwash the nations into believing in a one world one government organization.
If children's versions of the Left Behind books have taught me anything, its that the AntiChrist will appeal to the athiests. Christians will know when the AniChrist comes by his actions.
Now for the real Christ: he won't identify himself. Those that have faith in him will KNOW that the AntiChrist is coming after believers disappear (taken up by God in the Rapture). From there, the world will be in turmoil and the AntiChrist will be the one who will attempt to calm the nations with charisma. The real Christ will only identify himself after the 7 years of the Tribulation when he comes back for his believers. Then, he will judge the AntiChrist after a thousand years, he will judge Satan and the AntiChrist and even the believers. After the judgement, then it will be the eternal end of the world. The ultimate end of evil.
So, to summarize it up, the AntiChrist will identify himself approximately at half of the Tribulation, but the real Christ will make himself known after the END of the Tribulation. Then its a thousand years, then the most dangerous period in history, then eternal peace.

Acts 2 says we'll see Him coming back as He left. He left in the clouds, He'll come back in the clouds. Still with the nail pierced hands. Surrounded by angels. A loud trumpet blast. Every eye shall see Him. The righteous dead will be raised out of the graves. Unmistakable evidence.

Satan will be impersonating Christ on earth - Jesus won't touch earth again as the righteous will be caught up to meet Him. Satan will confirm the popular belief that the 10 commandments are done away with to try and deceive many into error as he can.

The Second Coming or Last Coming refers to the Christian and Islamic belief in the coming or return of Jesus Christ to fulfill Messianic prophecy, such as the resurrection of the dead, last judgment and full establishment of the Kingdom of God (also called the "Reign of God"), including the Messianic Age. Views about this coming vary among Christians and other religions, often around the issue of the degree to which it has already occurred and their expectations about the future. A range of vocabulary is also used including substituting the word 'Advent' for coming, and using the term 'Parousia', Greek for "appearance and subsequent presence with" (in the ancient world referring to official visits by royalty) to describe this event. The Last Coming is an important component of Christian eschatology, the theology concerning the final events and ultimate purposes of the world.

We will all know when Christ is here, no one will miss it. The whole sky will light up, there will be trumpets, and Angels and all kinds of glory. No one will sleep thru it. Until that happens the rest will all be false.

Well, Jesus was a Jew. So, he would have kept the circumcision covenant. The Antichrist isn't a Jew. I'd be a little more specific, but there are women and children present.
