Rinse with hydrogen peroxide. It worked great for me. Trust me I have tried everything to whiten my teeth ( I drink a pot or more of coffee a day, and I smoke) and I found awesome results using the peroxide rinse. It may not taste all that good but if you use your whitening tooth past right after it will get rid of the after taste. Good Luck

Well, you could start to sip your tea through a straw in order to avoid staining your teeth. It will help also to brush regularly after drinking tea , there are many products in the toothpaste isles that will whiten your teeth, look into them, and try them. Consider changing to drinking water, it will not stain your teeth, while you try to get the stains taken care of. Best of luck

Stop drinking the black tea and start brushing with baking soda and peroxide. Pour a little peroxide over your toothbrush and dip into the baking soda. It doesn't taste great but helps get stains off your teeth. Don't use every day because it is very abrasive and can take off the enamel as well as stains.

I don't think drinking black tea is your problem. This sounds like tooth decay. Besides seeing a dentist I don't think there are any other remedies. Without seeing a dentist, your problem WILL get worse. I would make an appointment as soon as possible. I guarantee in another week your teeth will look WORSE. Good luck!

Try brushing your teeth with a paste made of baking soda. If it doesn't work, see your dentist. In the future, you may want to brush right after drinking the black teeth, so it won't leave your teeth stained so badly.

gently rub them with baking soda for at least 10 minutes every three days. if that isn't removing it all. go to ace hardware and get a small box of the finest grade steel wool and continue using the bakingsoda but apply it with the steel wool. that should do it. also try lemons. hold a wedge of lemon between teeth when you don't need to talk.

The most inexpensive and also healthy remedey is to go to Dollar Store and buy a few bottles of 3% hydrogen peroxide. I keep my toothbrush submerged in it to kill germs. Also, I use a capful to swish in my mouth daily to prevent cancor sores and keep your mouth very healthy. I also will recommend to put some in mouth and brush with it to remove stains and whiten your teeth. It is a good daily practice for health and white teeth... and costs little. Two bottles are $1.
