How can I send fax via internet ?

How long will it take for send fax via internet is it instant or takes time ?

It's pretty much instant. If you have windows xp or vista you can send using the fax feature found in the Control Panel in the Printers and Other Hardware section. It only sends to a fax machine not like an email.
