well i guess as i've gotten older, i get more headaches. when i was younger i'd be able to run around in circles do push ups sit ups etc without getting a headache. now i'm 16 and when i do push ups or sit ups i always get headaches or if i do something simple i'll get a headache, it might be because of lack of sleep? i drink a lot of water as i've heard it helps the headaches. i've gotten so used to drinking water so that's basically all i ever drink, could there be any other reason why i get so many headaches besides the lack of sleep? i mean..even if..theres a time where i get enough sleep i still get random headaches.

Try going to a chiropractor once and see if anything is out of place.

If your headaches are constant, then you need to be evaluated by a doctor. He/she can run test such as blood work and possibly a CAT scan. This will make sure that there are no underlying problems that need to be addressed. If the test prove negative, then you can most likely relate it to stress, sinus pressure, migraines, or lack of sleep. Your doctor can help with that problem as-well. Also, let me ask you a question. How much water are you drinking per day? There is something called water intoxication that can be dangerous and even deadly; headaches are one of the symptoms from water intoxication, so be careful with the H2O intake. You need to start the ball rolling with a visit to your doctor; furthermore, it would not hurt to start a daily vitamin regimen. You can buy them that contain stress reducers. Good Luck and I hope you feel better.

You might want to cut down on your caffeine intake. Caffeine also causes headaches. If you're getting a lot of headaches all the time then maybe you want to see your doctor. Before going to see your doctor, write down everything you eat and drink and what you're doing. Especially write down when you get a headache. This will help the doctor figure out the best way to reduce/eliminate your headaches. Also write down where your headache is. Is it right behind your eyes, back of your head, etc... If you need to feel free to draw a picture.

If you are 16 then the headaches are probably from a combination of lack of sleep and hormonal changes.
You could also try researching migraines & food. Certain foods can increase your likelyhood of getting a headache.
Don't go to a chiropractor, I personally think they are snakes.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

watch what you eat and make sure you eat enough. Try to avoid foods with msg in the ingridents. Do you have long hair? could cause it. Worried about things? Checked your blood preasure lately?
