Sounds like a lesson plan.

Procedure: The steps in the lesson

Process: How the lesson will be taught

Narrative(?): The lesson content

Measure: Or Assessment--what test will you give to ensure students have learned what was taught?

While, these are nice to know what they mean, I doubt you will ever use it daily in your classroom.
