Your immune system is your body's natural defence system. It protects your body against infection from bacteria and viruses. When you're ill, it also fights infection, and helps you to get better.

Advocare products work! www.advocare.com/0701761 - first start off with the Herbal Cleanse to rid your body of toxins and start with a clean plate, the cleanse is a 10 day program. Then I would suggest ImmunoGuard, Antioxidant Plus, and Amplify A.T.

Let me know how it works for you.
