my firends and i are thinking of taking pole dancing classes and we were wondering if anyone knew of any places in Virginia like chesapeake , norfolk, va beach by any chance?

I'm in MD and I've taken classes at a place called Xpose Fitness, I'm pretty sure they have at least one location in Virginia. The website is www.xposefitness.com.

yes... go get some pole dancing classes if you want to, but you would have much more fun doing like a hip hop class.

Hope you are thinking of it as exercise and not as professional training. In my clinic I get a few pole dancers.....frequently treated and tested for STD's. For GOD SAKE.
