In Spanish, "puerta" means door. "Cierra la puerta" means to close the door.
However, "le porti" means "the doors" in plural in italian.

You are really thinking of French, and la porte is feminine in French, as la puerta (same word, obviously) is in Spanish.
So you could say:
Cierra la puta puerta, which has a nice poetic ring to it, or
Ferme la porte, putain; which doesn't.
