You mail your calf to either a zoo or a slaughterhouse.

You file your Federal tax return to the address indicated in the instructions based in the state in which you live.

There are many addresses for your federal tax return, depending on what state you live in and whether you're sending a payment or not. The addresses are toward the back of the instruction booklets for the various varieties of 1040's.

On the bottom of the return it should tell you. If you did it yourself, the tax booklets' both have the addresses. One for getting a return and the other address for paying taxes. Just read the booklets. Ca resident too.
