In Germany Christianity (protestant and Catholic) was obviously dominant, as it was all over Europe. There were also Jews (being persecuted).

In WW11 time period as far as I know there was mainly christianity (catrholics and other forms of christianity). At that point in history there hadn't been as much immigration of other religions into the area from other parts of the world. Example muslim, Hinduism.

The Luthern church was in Germany, Out of it came a wonderful group of "sisters of Mary." Mother house in Germany. Branchs all over, USA, Israel etg Go to Sisterhood of Mary. great pictures.
