Drinking juice generally is not a whole lot better for you than drinking koolaid because of all the sugar that is in the juice and the very little (if any) fiber. However, there are more vitamins in the juice than in koolaid, so it is slightly better for you. Eating fruits and vegetables every day would be the best choice.

If it is an unsweetened, pure juice and you only drink one small glass (about 6 oz is a serving I think), then it is considered a serving of fruit. However keep in mind that fruit concentrates contain lots of naturally occurring sugar. Better than pop (soda) or fruit flavoured drinks but as with most things, moderation is key.
