How do you uninstall a program in a Mac OS X?

Question

I'm fairly new at this computer and I can not figure how to delete a game I installed with a cd, it's The Sims 2, if that help you at all.
Help would be greatly appreciated!

To uninstall a program on a Mac, all you have to do is go to the Applications folder, delete the program and then empty the Trash - It's as easy as that. For The Sims 2, you have to delete two folders;

1. Go to your "Applications" folder and delete the folder named "The Sims 2".
2. Now go to your "Documents" and delete the "EA Games" folder. If you now empty the Trash, the game and all the support files will be removed from your system.
