I just don't think we talk enough< i still want to be friends with him. How do i break up with him without being mean or ruining our friendship????

hunni u shouldnt break up with him just cuz u dont talk...maybe hes just shy or gets nervous around u....hes waiting for u to talk to him. my bf didnt talk to me for the first month but now we cant stop talkin.
but if u just HAVE to break up with him here r some tips:
-just say it and keep it short
-tell him why
-dont say "i still want to be friends" or "its not u its me" or some other cheesy line like that
-if u still want to be friends then just talk to him like a normal friend after the break up, let him kno u wanna be his friend

Tell him how you feel, that you two don't really connect. That it feels more comfortable as a friendship and see how he reacts. Since it's only been a month, I'm sure it wont devastate him too bad. Gentle! Good luck!

during the annoying silence, tell him its not working out and you think your better off as friends. its never going to be a easy thing so just get it over with.
