done a custom install? When I first purchased the software, I only needed Word and Powerpoint, but now that I am taking a computer class I need all of the programs. Can someone please tell me how or find me a site that shows how to do this? When I insert the CD it does not bring up a wizard, it only brings up a window showing what files are on the CD. Unfortunately, I have no idea what files I should be choosing or how I should go about it at all. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I did put the CD back in and it did nothing but bring up the window I mentioned... not a wizard. If it brought up a wizard I would know exactly what to do.

Find and run setup.exe (might be named slighly different) on the CD. It will bring up the installation program.

I would do a full install this time. After years of experiencing what you are going through, it's now the standard for the company (4000 users).

Place the CD in the tray and close. The installation wizard should come up again and you can select a task from here. Installing additional software should be the task you want to choose.

If it only brings up the menu then close the menu and open the cd and then close it. This should make it to auto run. Then you can choose the custom install. if this doesn't work then look in the menu for the autorun and click on it.

If the CD doesn't autorun just double click on the file setup.exe

Go to Microsoft Update, as summing you are running Windows. It may take a bit of patience, but it should help you solve your dilemma. It's almost St.Patrick's day, you should have some luck.
