Would suggest the Veteran Cycle Club or ask on Ebay in the section COLLECTIBLES. Then sub-section Transportation, then subsection Bicycles. Would also go to a Cycle Jumble. In the UK they are listed in Cycling Weekly in the classifieds.
There are also bike cafes in various places where you could put up a card. Don't pay the earth for a trades bike. Someone should be able to advise which ones are sought after and which ones are common.
