I loss of appetite, fatigue, nausea, and some pain is left and right sides of my body below the rib cage.?

I KNOW that i am not pregnant! This has been going on for 4 or 5 days. i have not seen a doctor and i am under the age of 20.

sounds like it's time for a Dr and some blood work so the elimination process can begin

As a healthcare provider I would say you need an evaluation. Some simple bloodtests would be necessary. There's not enough information in your question to point to anything definitive. But some blood tests and a physical exam (and your health history) would be a great start.
