Sorry for the confusion earlier. I meant Wales or England. After more research I learned he was last from Cardiff, Wales. I hope this is right, its what I am told from several relatives and I am gathering info to search the web for my great uncle. We haven't heard from him since Dec '06 and he is in his 80's. Thank you for any and all information.

The best way is to search the current electoral roll. I would suggest www.192.com, though there are others. You do need to purchase credits though. A national search for "Hayden Webber" only brings up one result and apart from telling me the only other occupant in the house is a Shirley Webber, doesn't reveal where in the country he is (I have no credits I'm afraid). If you do buy credits to view the full address then it will be reasonably current, and will either rule him in or rule him out. As a registered voter, he should be on the electoral roll, though it is possible to "opt out" of the searchable online "public" lists for junk mail purposes. The electoral roll is not therefore as foolproof for finding people as it once was, but is still the best way IMO.

You could try initiating a search via the Salvation Army by providing as much information as possible. This is the Kansas HQ.
