Drive on a road in which all your family, friends and relatives use so my loved ones don't have to be injured or die. Who gives a crap if it's a Pioneer AVH. Sounds like you only bought it because you are materialistic enough to advetise what you have.

Ok as an installer i do not wire it up so it will play when the vechile is in motion if it is in the driver field of view, but what i can do is suggest the customer to do it themselves, which removes us from the liability issues. All dvd screen units have a wire out the back that is wired up to the emergency brake, if the e-brake is on, the unit will play, if its off the unit will not play dvds. So what you need to do is find out if the e-brake or the wire for your unit is a grounding wire or a 12 volt postive. if its a 12 volt postive, wire it up to your accessory, usually the yellow wire in most cars, if its a grounding wire then ground out the wire to the chassis. Keep in mind this is illegal and use at your own discretion.

You can"t they have a built in saftey feature that soeas that, and before you say the head unit is crap know that you can get around it but it is illegal to have a video screen where the driver can see it and get distracted. It's a saftey thing dude your gonna have to just not worry about it.
