So I have a boyfriend who is 18 and im almoat 16. I dont really get why my parents wont let us spend anytime alone in my house. They say its soo he wont rape me. I trust him and i think they should to. We have been dating for 5 months and havent had sex. But if we really wanted to we could. Why do parents try to protect us when they know we could get away with it? Whats the point?

Also with drinking, the found out i was drinnking in the summer and got really mad. I wouldnt be doing it behind there back if they just let me have alchol when there around. Why do parents do that? To be honest I think the best way for this is to let us teenagers drink a little at home so we dont get drunk at bad times. Like at parties and school. Yes alot of people dont know this but kids drink at school, its soo easy to hide.

It's commendable that you and your boyfriend haven't had sex yet. And yes, I'm sure you could find a time and a place to do it if you really wanted to. But your parents are showing you what their moral are by chaperoning your while you are in their home. That's the entire point. To let you know how they feel about premarital sex.

If you're drinking at a party it can lower your inhibitions making it easier for you to do other things (drugs, sex, driving dangerously). And one of the most important ways to show you're responsible is following the law. Including the one prohibiting alcohol until you're 21.

If you want your parents to treat you in a more adult manner, you have to prove that you deserve it. That means following their rules to show that you know how. Even better, understand why the rules are there...to give you guidance and keep you safe.

They know if they allow you and your boyfriend to be alone together in their house, inappropriate things will happen, sex or other things. It may be just as easy for you both to go to his house where you could do those things, but they have no control over that. They can control what happens in their house though.
As far as the drinking goes, do you really believe that if your parents let you drink a little at home you wouldn't drink at parties etc? You'd probably just brag that your parents let you drink. My mom used to take me to the bars and I was a huge drinker. Could've really hurt myself. And if you did drink at home, do you really want to with your parents? It's illegel for them to give your friends alcohol, and stupid. They are trying to protect you while they still can. Anything that happens to you is their responsibility.
