Ruger rifles produced previous to early 2000's had accuracy problems due to barrels that Ruger out- sourced to outside contractors.Did the KM77 MarkII VT model rifle demonstrate this problem as well as the Standard MarkII model?

I have two M77 MK II that are from that time frame and can say the both shoot ¼ MOA with out any trouble.
I have never had a Ruger shoot in any way bad.
But I have seen bad shooters using Rugers.
I feel most accuracy problems are more from inexperienced shooter and cheap ammo, not the weapon, no matter what the make of the rifle.
But you take a good shooter and good ammo and watch what they can do with even a cheap rifle.
Poor shooting skills often get blamed on the weapon.
Ruger is top of the line in my opinion.
