I'm not gonna be back for jury duty, what can I tell them or send them?

Call them immediately. If you don't - you will be in contempt and can be arrested, or merely fined.

...But being out of town is something you can get excused for - so just be sure to notify the court using the phone number on the summons notice.

Every state/county has different regulations - some allow you to decline "X" number of times before they require you to serve no matter what.

...They call me every 6 months, and yes, I have had to serve.

You just let them know you're going to be out of town. However, they may require some proof. It depends if it's business or personal. Motel receipts, gas, or possibly a letter from wherever or whoever you are going to see.
