Os loader from osloader.com to dual boot my pc, if i click boot xp on pc startup it runs xp fine, but if i click run vista it says 'NTLRD missing, press ctrl+alt+del to restart' (might be NTRLD, cant remember which) plz help.

You have have just upgraded your XP to Vista instead of dual-booting. Do you even have a 64-bit processor? All I can think of is formatting the whole drive and install Vista from scratch.

you ought to no longer of needed the osloader in case you install xp first, then vista, vista will immediately setup the dual boot exhibit for you, in case you probably did this vista first then xp then you definately will favor to reinstall xp then vista

firstly format your drive,then install vista,then download and instal (acronis disc director) it is compatible with vista..create partition then install xp.. then on the boot screen it will give you the option what op sys to boot..hope this helps...steve...ps make sure you install vista first..
