If it is, I'm critically ill

Oh goodness no. My religion is "Religious Science" - and we pretty much just believe that God is Love. The Power of Love. And prayer is simply "changing one's mind" - we call it "Spiritual Mind Treatment"

So - as far as I'm concerned - most Athiests DO believe in God - they just don't know it. 'Cause most everyone I know believes in the Power of Love - and that's really all God is!

When Athiests do philanthropic things - or care for others - or sing or create - that's God (Love) working through them.

God doesn't judge or punish or anything like that. It's just there. It's Love.

So - anyway - to answer your question.... Atheism is not a disease at all. It's just a different way of looking at the world.

Namaste!

No, atheism is a choice just as is faith. Each person must make up their own mind as to what they believe or do not believe. In the end, everyone will know whether their choice has been right or wrong.

i believe in Islam... and no your beliefs are not a disease it's just what you believe and you in titled to it! we have what is called free will. NO ONE CAN TAKE THIS FROM YOU. NOT ISLAM, NOT ANY RELIGION. see unlike some religions and i respect their ways. they have a burning need to get you on their side. to believe as they do. this doesn't make them a disease because they want to break your Atheism. and unlike the violent counterparts of Islam, the non - violent side of Islam respect the fact that free choice is everyone's right...wait...let me emphasis EVERYONE'S RIGHT. even yours. peace and blessing to you from the non-violent side of Islam.

Your atheism is a choice.
I thank God for my Freedom and that you can make that choice.
What you need to know for future purpose:
"Him who come untoeth me,
I shall in no wise cast out".

Romans 8:1 "I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing
with the glory that will be revealed in us. The creation waits in eager expecation for the sons of God to be revealed".

There is a possibility that you will not die.
Some people do not die because of the Rapture.

I believe that you are important and for some reason this information is needed for the near future.

Have confidence.

"My soul waits in confidence for the Lord".
I am truly grateful for your choice,
your Freedom is important to me.
Peace out:)

According to my religion, atheists are tools of the Supreme, to check, anul or modify false beliefs, and reinforce the true ones

My religion does not call atheist, sinners or ignorant, or satanic, nor it curses them to hell...my religion have certain respect for atheists, due to their logical brain...an important tool developed after 10000s of years evolution.

Dude, you've got it all wrong. Your whole 'science thing' labels stuff as diseases, we know that things like atheism and polio are punishments for masturbating.

Atheism is not a disease - it's simply who (or not who) you align yourself with.
