How does one switch their browser between English and Spanish?

Question

I'm going to ask this question again. How does one switch their browser between English and Spanish? I clicked on Yahoo Telemundo which took me to a Spanish brower and couldn't switch it back. Please don't tell me to go to Internet tools and eliminate Spanish in the list of languages. I don't have Spanish in the list of languages. I have English listed. I asked this once before and someone said that and it didn't fix the problem, but they still voted themselves a best answer.

Okay. So I say upfront not to tell me to go to Internet tools and select Spanish as an answer., and what do I get, that answer. Do not tell me to add or delete Spanish as an answer people!!!!

1st: Login as usual

2nd: look at your tool bar-- you'll be able to see file, Edit, Bookmarks, sidebar, tabs, Sign In, Tools, Help

3rd- Select Tools-- in Tools you'll see several choices such as .....
on line protection.......etc. ..........----scroll down.......Select The Last Option..........which is ...........Browser Options

4th- Once in Browser Options go to ........START GROUP....it'll be on you right hand side Click..........ADD

5TH: COPY THIS WEBSITE http://www.yahoo.com/

6TH PASTE IT INTO the Start Group........make sure you click the OK (if you don't it won't add it )

Every time you login in ..........you should get your Telemundo Page and the English yahoo page........you can add more Start up pages.........if you like

Which browser???

In Internet Explorer:
1. Tools menu and choose Internet Options...
2. On the General tab click the languages button. You will see a list of languages currently installed. If you don't see Spanish then click on the Add button and select it.
