1. but a 1/2 bottle of wine which would be always fresh for yourself
2. prepare a special cork to squeeze out of the air from the bottle once you couldn't finish a bottle of wine. this kind of cork can be found at a professional wine store
A sante!

Not right now, it's only 8:30 a.m. But I have enjoyed a bottle or two of bubbly by myself in the past. I had a miserable 30th birthday and so I had a few glasses, ordered myself designer clothes, and danced around the empty house with more bubbly. Quite memorable....surprisingly.
And I scared the dog by singing at the top of my lungs. Gotta love not having neighbors!

Okay, a little confused...How do you share something by yourself?
A good wine is best shared with others, but if by yourself, indulge while you're listening to good jazz and cooking yourself something high calorie that you don't want others to know you had.
