Hi! So sorry to hear about your dog. I would check a site called doggy wheels. I am not sure if the site is still up, but my vet got some patients dogs wheels there. But you have the information box right in front of you to do some google searches.
good luck!

I assume you're going to look into wheeled carts. But in the meantime, use a towel as a sling under her back end when you have to move her. Just hold both ends of the towel to support her back, and let her walk along.
We had to do this with our elderly Great Dane, with a person on each side, holding an end of the towel, to get her outdoors.

These types of devices may be a one-time investment up front (some of them are a little pricey), but for the chance for your young dog to have a more normal life, I'd say it's well worth it.
I think it's the best call for your little one. Stairs might be difficult, but at least some mobility indoors and out could be achieved with one of these carts. When our 110 lb male dane lost the use of his back legs to hip displaysia, my husband fitted a 'sling' of sorts to put the dog's back legs into. He put the sling around his shoulder and helped the dog walk upstairs on his front legs while the sling managed the back end--it was pretty amazing.
Good luck to you and your little one! :-)

i had a dushand and for some reason he lost the ability to walk we went to the vet and asked about them and they gave us one to use until we could figure out what we wanted to do with him. We took it and he loved it. we where able to take him to the vet and they gave him some kind of shots in his back and he slowly regained the use of his back legs. I would ask your vet if they know anything about doggie wheelchairs. you never know they may just have one they will let you use. you can find many different types of wheel chairs, i would look on-line at the different places. just know when you go to look them up that they are not cheap. =) here is one website you can look at.

Use the links that someone else posted below and buy her one of the carts for paralyzed dogs or build her one. If you can't do that then it may be kinder to euthanize her than to let her drag her skin off her rear end.

google dog wheelchairs. it's not that uncomon. just most people don't want to spend the money on their pets or care for them like you do.
they have them, and they work. you may have to use diapers, but if you are in this for the long haul, then you have to do what's right
