A friend of mine at work and I had a fight. We haven't talked for over a month since he told me that I was too weird for him to be friends with and that it was best that we ignore each other since I began to like him as more than friend. The thing is he already has a gf overseas. I've been ignoring him, but he keeps throwing glances at me. One time he was looking and I caught him looking and then he lowered his eyes like he couldn't look at me.

You're smart to ignore him - keep ignoring him.

Because he keeps looking at you, that means he still has some kind of feelings for you (but whether friend or more, I can't say).

His feelings could grow stronger OR weaker, depending a lot on how his long-distance relationship is going. Your advantage (if you still like him) is that you're right there in front of him, and she's out of sight. If his feelings grow stronger, he'll make the first move back to reconciliation, or something more than that.... and then you decide.

No, I dont think he is sorry. He would say so or atleast try to talk to you. He hasn't and glances dont mean much in this situation. He may just feel ackward. I think you should just leave it like it is. If you want to be his friend again wait a while for things to cool down and then just go up and say hi oneday,

he still likes you ..... but does not know anything about how to restore a friendship ..... he does not have a clue what to say or do ..... and not only that but it would be an act of humility to say he was sorry .... that is tough or impossible for some people (the result of pride) .....

in his eyes you are probably still really hot to him ......

I think if he were really sorry, he would say so. When I feel like I have hurt someones feelings and feel bad about it, I go to them and say I am sorry.

You never said that he said sorry to you, so obviously he isn't.

Good luck and try talking to him! ;-)
