is there anyway to submit a guy to the show to catch a predator, seriously this guy is creepy and I want him off the internet.

COntact your local police dept and let them know whatever it is that's creeping you out from this fellow off the internet. Report it to Crime Stoppers* They'll investigate whatever it is you tell them that's creepy* and get him off the net if he is infact a Preditor*
I'm glad you Care enough to get him off the net so he doesn't do something real creepy to someone*
