My female coworker become very nervous one night when the two of us were alone together at work. I know she is not afraid of me or freeked out by me in anyway. She definitely at the very least enjoys my company. Why was she nervous though?

She probably has a crush on you and you are unaware of it, and that she thought you might find out by the 2 of you being alone.
