I already have a full size mattress and just need a box spring for it. Where can I buy just the box spring?

Yes you can only buy a box spring. Check your area for a Mattress Outlet they always have them on hand and are priced right around $30!

go to any furniture store they usually have some in storage thatare second hand that you can get really cheap i bought one for 20 dollars.they get them from people who but new bedroom sets and have them take there old ones out . .just check around i just called a few and asked if they had any used box springs . and for how much!

the larger wholesale clubs, like Costco, and Sam's sells them individually. Also check with your local bedding stores... they might split them for you...

You can buy it anywhere....like jcpennys they sell them seperately....
