The reason is when going though control panel>Performance maint>clean hard disk it doesn't get them all.How do I do this Thanks.

just clike ur C drive ,,,, go to windows,,, TEMP folder ,, select all delete .

Download free software like Ccleaner from ccleaner.com. It will get rid of them much faster and more completely than if you did manually.

go to My Computers..... open ur C Drive.... go to Documents & Settings..... choose you as the user...... (then here you should see, folders such as cookies, application data, recent document, start menu, things like that..... you can also delete ur cookies manually here...... ) ok.... go to tools.... folder option.... view... click on "show hidden files and folders"...... then some new folders show pop up..... click on Local Settings.... in there you should see Temperorary Internet Files, History, Temp........ go into those and delete what u want..........
