I would like to delete temp files manually?

The reson is when going though control panel>Performance maint>clean hard disk it doesn't get them all.How do I do this Thanks.

Go to a peer to peer sharing site and download a copy of window washer it works pretty well for me .

Well, the fastest way is to open IE. Once thats open:

1. Click Tools (on top across from FILE)

2. Click on Internet Options

3. You will see three (3) seperate boxes here under the General tab, which is the first tab.

They are:

Homepage
Temporary Internet Files
History.

In the Temporary Internet Files section click on the button labeled Settings.

4. Now, in this window, theres a section called Temporary Internet Files Folder. Click on the button labeled View Files.

5. Here in the Window that pops up, You can delete them manually.

Goto C:\windows\temp and clear all the files there.
Here C is the letter of the drive in which OS is installed.

Go to My Computer, Drive C, Windows, and find the folder marked "Temp". You can delete from there.
