My stove is shut off, so I am trying to find ways to cook eggs. Also, can you cook eggs in the microwave? Please remember to answer both questions. THanks.

If you put raw egg on a piece of bread, all you'll get is a huge mess inside your toaster.
Break a couple of eggs into a deep bowl, add a little water (about a tablespoon) and stir. Put in the microwave and nuke for about 30 seconds. Stir, add any seasonings, and cook for another 30 seconds or until done. Watch them carefully so they don't boil over or get overcooked.

I would not put it in the toaster unless you want to buy a new toaster. Yes you can scramble eggs in the microwave, is your stove electric or gas, because if it is a gas stove couldn't you just put the flame on with a match.

sounds like a creative mess....the toaster that is. Be sure to unplug the toaster when you try and remove the egg with a fork. The microwave is a little more tried and true....but whatever you do be sure and crack the egg first ! Otherwise a very creative exposion will occur...we tried it back in college...

you can cook them in the microwave but i wouldn't put them in the toaster because the egg would slide off the toast and get the toaster dirty

(1) No, egg will run down the bread before it cooks
(2) yes just crack it into a glass plate and nuke it for a minute or so. Make sure you pierce the yolk or scramble it otherwise the yolk might explode.

I don't think it would fit but if it did, no it would not work. Also, do notput eggs in the micro wave, they'll explode.
