i have hundreds of legs, but cannot stand.
i have a long neck, but heads i have none.
i cannot see, but im as neat and tidy as can be.

because of the fact while it says basically one guy and his dogs could bypass it skill a definite guy.Meening basically he can bypass.And it rather is a distinctive guy and his dogs and not the only that could bypass the bridge.
