Hi
Put your headset(music mp3 player on) go out for a walk: 1 mile, just one day, then start runnning, after that day for: 5 miles briskley, some parts fast!
Enjoy and vut sugars completely our of fiet, and do your excercise on empty stomach, and afternoon times, body bheaves best on one of those times, also:
dont eat before sleeping, so stop at 7 pm, but you can eat fruit, and non fat milk, and drink plenty of water, 15 glasses per day,
also clear out the fat.crap form the fridge, and dont stress in these two weeks, and increase your labido, that will also help, and also certain milkshakes will stimulate good digestion, always eat early 6/7am and do cardio, and dont eat fatty foods, be your own trainer, also sleep minimum 6 hours!
good luck
and give the dog a hug, if you have to go running with one, animals are good!
you will enjoy!
trust yourself, not anyone else, you can do it, if you want, and set uyour mind to it
Get on with it!
any help with diet or food or workouts let me know

I lost a stone in 2 weeks a few years ago (I'm a man) by using the SlimFast method. I used the ready-mixed tins which you can get for about 75p each from Tesco.
I had one tin for breakfast and one for lunch, followed by a proper meal in the evening. You MUST drink plenty of water with this diet, because you could become dehydrated.
I combined this with swimming twice a week, and a walk each night when I wasn't swimming. If you can keep this up for two weeks, IT WILL WORK!
The question is - are you motivated enough?
Good luck - keep thinking of how good you'll look (and feel!).

Apart from the obvious dietary tactics - (cut out cakes, sweets, biscuits etc, cut down on spuds and bread etc), brisk walking for a mile or two each day really gets rid of the pounds. I don't know if you'll lose a stone, but you will look and feel a lot lighter and fitter. Good luck!

Why on earth do you need to lose a stone in 2 weeks?!! I joined Slimming World and lost 6Lbs in 2 weeks, anymore than that is silly, you'll only put it back on and more.

Dont even try! what in heavens name are you thinking about. there is only one way to lose weight and keep it off, and thats very slowly, somewhere around 8 to 12 ounces a week, thats maximum, anything beyond that and it will return as quickly as it went, spot reducing wont work either, when you lose, you lose all over.what you are trying to do is entirely possible, but i dont wish to suggest how, because, frankly, Im against it, and lets face it ,if you are that much overweight to begin with, wheres your discipline going to come from to fast every other day, exersize like a maniac, and stay healthy, which,my sweet, is the key to living a long and happy life.Final comment dont do it, and dont accept advice how to!!!!!!!!

yes you can do that but it will not be much fun so if you just eat fruit and say a piece of toast but plenty of spring water and execise rigidly all the time you can spare you'll do it OK Good Luck

eat half meals for two weeks and exercise. but do not overdo it. you should choose to loose less weight before you choose to feel weak or too hungry... keep the balance and you will loose weight the best way, which is slowly really....
