Islamic Burials/burrying process?

Been a muslim living in a diverse country (johannesburg,South Africa) I just wanted to know how the burrying process is done once it leaves the persons home?

Muslims mostly bury their dead, because the body needs to stay in tact, so it can be resurrected at the end of time.
