Alright. I was with this girl for 2 years and I treated her pretty well and she broke up with me for someone else. I initiated no contact about 3 weeks ago and I think it is driving her nuts. So here it goes. Last night I recieved a phone call on my cell phone at 3 in the morning from some guy that I don't even know. Apparently he called me just to tell me that my ex was drunk and that she hooked up with somebody last night. Then he said that, "I don't like people that treat girls like crap" and he was trying to make it look like I was trying to pick a fight with him and the only reaction he got out of me was, "thats nice....it's 3 in the morning and i'm going back to bed". What I want to know is why my ex won't just leave me alone? I gave her the space she wanted and I have left her alone, so why is she sending me text messages trying to be my friend and then having someone call me at 3 in the morning? If she really cared about her new guy then why am i even in the picture?

Why do you care?

She is trying to get a reaction out of you because the grass is always greener on the other side, she misses something about you, and she wishes she had it, so she is going to try and make you beg her to come back. Just ignore her all together and it will go away by itself after awhile.

She is probably messed up drunk and thinking over your relationship with her.
You should not be receiving phone calls at 3 am from anyone. Wait until she is sober and tell her to knock it off. After all, its over and you are clearly ready to move on.

she is no longer in control of u, and knows it. she is telling this guy u treated her badly. she may be having second thoughts, maybe feels she made a huge mistake. but i would not assume she wanted u back, watch her actions, as words are cheap and mean nothing at all. my son had this happen to him, the girl just kept calling and calling, as if she really wanted both of them. she just didn't want to give up control of either of them.

dude she is a wacko, sorry. you never know what she is trying to do. Some girls go nuts. the best thing is diplomacy. talk to her maybe once or take her to a public place, and ask her what's on her mind, maybe that will help a bit ?

Shes having a hard time letting go.
Plain and simple.
She knows she blew it and can't stop thinkng about you.
The best you can do, if you don't want her back, is just ignore it and don't pick up the calls.
Good luck!

haha, stop flapping your wings, sit down, put the kettle on. now.......your brain is engaged after a lovely cup of tea the answers clear.......delete her number, if she calls you simply dont answer.if she texts you, same again, do not reply. sounds to me like her heads in as much mess as the british government. look on the bright side...at least your not with her. pop that stiff upper lip on and be strong. tally ho

she still has feelings for you. and she knows that you guys probably wont get back together but im no for a fact that when she left you she didnt want you tottaly out of her life.. you were her boyfriend. at one point she could talk to you about anything knowing that you wouldnt judge her. and she doesnt want to lose that friendship with you. belive me,, she never wanted to stop being your friend. she trusted you and she still trusts you. if she wants to talk to you let her talk to you and talk to her.. but just let her no that you dont want to come in between her and her boyfriend but if she needs someone to talk to you are always there to listen

Because we women are complex creatures....
I suggest changing your phone number and staying away from the creepy vengeful b-word
