try heated rolers, the big ones. id also grow ur hair out as long as you can get it.

Curly extensions ? you can get natural wavy human hair from good hair suppliers, ask you nearest salon for info on this .. or you can just buy the Clip in extensions from SMG Mondial and use Fudge Membrane Gas and a little heat ( like a curling tong )
it's about £11 and one can lasts nearly 4 weeks ( of my use )

Curling iron, and LOTS of hairspray. It would take a long time unless you had naturally curly/wavy hair. You could also try rollers in your hair at night, but there kinda uncomfortable :)

It depends on how long you hir is now. I would grow it out, and then use a curling iron to make not too tight curls at the bottom. But then again, that is just me cause I have straight hair.

big fat rollers and lots of hairspray. You can get the same effect with GHDs aswell just sort of twist them around as you pull through the hair, and lots of hairsray.
