If you have severely reduced your caloric intake, once you start eating, your body may start to gain weight again. You should have lost it in a natural, healthy way - that way it would have stayed off. But, what is done is done. So, really try to eat healthy, keeping your fats and sugars to a minimum. And, be sure to incorporate exercise into your regime. Good luck and remember, you are more than a body - so, stop acting like this is the only thing that you have to offer this world!

You can't. Your body has been put into a 'famine' state, which means as soon as you start easting 'normally' it'll hold on to everything you eat in case the 'famine' comes again. It's a survival technique the body has. You can't fight biology unfortunately.
You usually regain the weight you lost plus a bit extra.
That's why slow weight loss is the only weight loss. It doesn't bring on the famine reaction.
Life is so unfair x

the best thing to do is to excercise at least 3 times a week for 1 hour or more(you could join a gym or simply go for a nice long jog), eat very healthily by eating 5 fruit and veg a day and drinking loads of water as it keeps skin looking fab!!!

Trial and error, I lost weight and put a bit back on. I want to lose a bit and maintain it. I think if you lost it healthily you have to stick to that regime in order to maintain the weight. its ok to eat sweet an unheatlthy things once in a while though.

Cross Country as a sport, will get you fit, and run a couple miles everyday. But you have to train up to run those miles so the local high school track is great. And if you run 3 miles every day you can almost eat anything you want, but don't eat anything 4 hours before running because you will regret it when it makes a surprise visit.

Before getting to that stage would like to lose the weight first. Am sure it is easy to hold the weight you are by eating 3 good meals and stop most of the exercising.

You need to speed up your metabolism first and foremost.
Eat 6 small meals a day, same overall calories. Then in a while start lifting weights.
