Depends. If this is a copyrighted music track that you've bought from an online music store then it's not legal. If this is an unlicensed track, or one that you've ripped from a CD you already own, then it is legal.

As long as the content isn't copyrighted or if you're only going to be using it for yourself with no intension of reproduction.
