Try steaming your face for 1/2 hour by holding it over a facial sauna or a pan of boiling hot water. Cover your head with a towel while you do this so the steam does not escape. Then gently press the blackheads out. Rub some ice over your face after this.
You also need to tackle your oily skin. Keep splashing water on it every now and then. Drink atleast 10 glasses of water daily.
Use a facial scrub twice a week. Use products meant for oily skin on your face.
Grind a tomato and a cucumber in a mixer and freeze these in an ice cube tray. Apply a cube on your face daily. Keep on for 15 - 20 minutes. This will help remove oil nd tighten your pores.
Watch your diet too. No junk food. Eat lots of raw veggies and fruits.

Before you spend a lot of money on expensive products or the Dermatologist, try jojoba oil. It's natural with no "mystery" ingredients. Wash your face with salt and warm water and leave your face soaking wet. Then rub 3 drops into your skin gently for a minute and rinse with cold water. there should still be a little on your face. jojoba oil is known to dissolve sebum (the stuff blackheads are made of). Its also a natural moisturizer that does not clog pores. You can get it at the health food store or online. The trick with any treatment is to stick with it. sometimes your face begins to purge stuff from the layers beneath and then clear up.

Man... I know what your going through...
I'm a very oily skin person..
This worked GREAT for me... I wish I'd had known about it when in Jr High and first part of High School..... I started using this stuff and in a few days I noticed a difference.. Just for FYI I also used some rubbing alcohol to clean my face with every now and then if I got really oily. (I worked outside a lot and just did the alcohol after I brushed my teeth or something.)

It's just a scrub.. use it in the shower... Ya don't have to leave it on or anything....
I'm a guy to so don't be shy when getting this stuff.. It's at local stores like Target, etc....

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

Try the Biore pads - those work well. You can get these at any store in the Beauty section. You can also try to use apply a facial mask, which dries on your face and draws out the impurities in your skin.
