be sure she is alone with you and you KNOW she likes you! be really sweet and just say "will you be my girlfriend?" if she rejects she still might like you but just keep trying! my sister turned down her current boyfriend only God knows how many times and now she has been dating him for over 2 years!

You don't. You just go on some dates and build a history and after a while she is your girlfriend.

you ask how she feels about you then if its the same as u want, ask her!
