Quality. Quantity is over-rated. There's no reason to serve a pound of pasta as a "serving" at a restaurant aside from making people think they got their money's worth. I'd glady order a smaller portion of pasta if it was of better quality. More isn't always better.

Quality, i used to be a bar & restaurant supervisor, and i'd much rather drink a little bit of a good drink, than lots of rubbish, it's far more enjoyable.

Always go for quality, especially if your out to impress.

it's got to be quality, but some people might say quantity depending how many people they have to feed in there house if were talking about food.....
