The only thing I can suggest is to infuse your oil. Take a pan and pour the oil in along with whatever you want to flavor it with such as dried chili peppers, garlic, herbs, etc, and then slowly bring the temperature of your oil up. Take off the heat, and when cool, strain your oil, and place it into a bottle.

I don't really understand the question. You should search for oil infusion on food network or google.

You can add rosemary, garlic, or any herb to oil to infuse flavor.
