Type this in any search engine on the Internet and you decide, it has may meanings, I am not sure if you have the letters in correct order or not, There is a welding code, boiler code and pressure vessel code by ASME(American society of Mechanical Engineers, & JIC(Joint Industrial councile of USA).

cjp weld stands for " complete joint weld "

This requires a full penetration . This is a type of groove weld . It has many special requirements
