I know it is pretty common for men to fantasize about being with 2, 3 or more women at the same time, but is the reverse fantasy common for women?

It is rare for a woman to be comfortable getting all that intimate with several men in the room waiting their turn. Some prostitutes will do it, but they won't do it for free! On the other hand, there is a surprising percentage of women who are content with several partners - just not all on the same night.

Sure. Everyone has their certain fantasies. I don't think it would be odd for a woman to have the same type of fantasy as a man. I don't have that fantasy. I am happy with my man but as for other women and what they feel? Who knows?

not 4 me...have only known a few women who have shown interest in doin so...think it all boils down 2 the whole respect issue; how could a man respect a woman who would take him and his friend(s) on at the same time? that's just nasty, not 2 mention dangerous...

I don't think it is common. I have told a couple of guys I have thought about it and they werent happy.

Dude, i never think that. Never have. I'm not so into sex like men. You probably think i'm lying but i seriously don't think about sex and being with other men and having it. I think only players do.
