Doing any cardio activity for at least 30 mins daily, as well as eating a healthier diet, will help get rid of cellulite...all cellulite is is fat that is pushing betwwen layers of the skin & causing the dimpled appearance, so if you exercise & diet to reduce the amount of fat you will also get rid of the cellulite. Good luck!

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Cellulite Disappear?

That will help, but 30 minutes is really the bare minimum.

Since you're 14, you're almost certainly still in school. Why not go out for the track team? I'm sure you've noticed that all the track girls have nice legs, and its NOT because they were born with them!!!

Even if you aren't that fast, track is usually a no-cut sport. You get in shape, get nice legs, and you have a coach and the other girls to motivate you. Its much easier than going it alone.

drink a lot of water, cut off the sugar alltogether (it's not that hard) and do spinning cycling. You'll have no cellulite left in 6 months, but you have to be constant.

Yes. Jogging will help. Strength training will also help accelerate your body's fat burning process. And finally, making the necessary healthy dietary adjustments are the final pieces to the puzzle.
