I want to know if anyone has had problems with this also and if so do you have any advice on how to stop it cutting the connection?

the company never answers. it just sends me to returns. i've already returned it once

If you have dial up, that is going to happen. However if you have dsl you are going to need a filter, if not its going to keep on cutting you off.

no longer yet and that i'd better no longer. i am going to easily call them and tell them to go back get their DSL field. there is too many ISP's obtainable. heavily. call 'em up. i understand this is Sunday. i guess you may want to attend till the following day. I ain't ever had no problem with them. they're very well mannered, efficient and substances solid provider. you're in a position to the contact information superhighway provider 24/7 today. only a guess yet be prepared to hearken to three music even as waiting.

i have seen this problem when ur browser cahe reaches the maximum u allowed try clearing cache and deleting temporary files alloww associated cookies if these
do not work, check for that u have installed any antivisru and does it have blocked the scripts to be run or not if it is enabled stop scipt blocking for that particular software
if all that dont work change ur internet connection and surely it will work

you have to call telephone and repairs department of att .
if you are going to use an att landline, jst dial directly 611 and choose the right prompt for your prob.
