I think if your daughter showers unsupervised she should probably use a tear-free shampoo and regular conditioner.
Its been my experience that shampoo gets in their eyes easier than conditioner. As for the main part of your question, adult conditioner should be fine for her unless bottle states"adult use only". All my kids use baby shampoo as bodywash too, its great for sensitive skin & inexpensive.
Good luck & God Bless
P.S. you might want to find a good spray-leave-in detangler

Yes you can use a conditioner on her hair. Condtioners also moisturize the hair and scalp, and also detangle.
For a 9 year old: I suggest:
Johnson & Johnson "No rinse Condtioner & Detangler".
This is a very good conditioner for all types of children's hair, and because it is a "No rinse,No tear" formula, this makes it easy on both of you! (Good Luck!)

yes of course u can use it .... in fact u must.. and if u want some home made tricks then u can use buttermilk ( add water in the curd and blind it) or u can use an egg also but it will be very sticky, stinking and will take quite more time to remove and will be difficult too... so u can either use the conditioner or if u don't trust any out products then use the buttermilk...

Yes u can.I think u should always use conditioner on her hair. Their hair is the same as ours. Needs it so it doesn't dry out and it makes it easier to comb.Good luck
